Default horns breaking under excessive load?

Hi,
I was flying my logo 600 yesterday and suddenly something broke down or got loose and the heli crashed.
This is the 2nd time something like this happens and I’m puzzled I can’t find the reason.
I was wondering if the horns I’m using are right for a 12s heli. It’s the old trex 600 esp servo horns, that are made of plastic. I’m starting to believe these horns break during hard collective maneuvers.
The crash happened right after I started to fly governed at 2100rpm. In non-governed flights the load is smaller because HS goes down during hard collective.
What do you guys think? Have you guys already heard about servo horns braking in the air due to excessive load?
The horn is the one that looks like a 6-arm star.
Thanks.

Hi,
Most use the Mikado carbon servo arms. I never had a problem with them, hundreds of flights...

i'm updating this thread because it may be useful for someone in the future.
i confirmed with a mate and it seems to have been the servo horns indeed. in its stock condition this horn is a star and two legs are used simultaneously on the old trex 600esp (photo).
i used one leg only (cut off the rest) on my logo 600 and it isn't enough to bear the load on a 12s model.
