Im getting to the stage of the hobby that Im ready for battery's & need to choose a balance board but I have no idea which to choose. I'm not sure if I'll be going 3S x 2 or just 6S.

The balance board depends on the battery who choose. Bantam supports JXT XH, Polyquest, Kokam, and TP style taps. Once you know what the batteries will be, you can then order the correct Bantam Balance board.

Don't get any balane boards. Save your money, plug the balance taps coming from your battery directly into the balance port of your charger. This will save you money and problems with bad connections using balancing boards. Most of the new chargers coming out are set up this way for a good reason. The more connections that you have the more likely you are to have problems.

The BC6 series products do not have the same balancer wire output as the BC8 series. If you plug the battery directly into the balance port on the BC6 series, you will get an error. You need the EAC124 board.
