Default Question about servo horn . . .

Hi Guys. I am now installing my DS610 cyclic servos and DS650 tail servo.

What servo horns did you guys use? I have so many of those small circle, multi horn small sized star horns, 4 cross star medium sized ones. I find that you can't have a big distance on both the links on the elevator horn since the upper rod will rub the canopy mount. Should all 3 cyclic servo horn have same measuring gaps in between the ball links?

Sorry if my question is a bit confusing. I don't know if I worder my question correctly. It is my first time to assemble a push-pull type of cyclic controls.

Thanks.

To my knowledge on a flybarless setup, you need to have all the balls the same length out on the servo horns. You should be able to find the correct distance in your FBL manual. Mine will be here tomorrow,so can't comment on the canopy touching issue. I could see it causing problems for the fbl gyro if you have different lengths for the balls

Default horns

use the inside holes on the align round horns,, i know the levers measure 30mm .but the right side canopy mount next to the elevator servo is in the way.. dont worry about it,you will gain a bit more res. and torque. and still travels will be low...
