The HS65's don't like to be squeezed or twisted in the frame.
If this happens the metal gears could bind up and the servo will fail.

So, if the servo fits tightly in the frame mount file/sand it out to make a looser fit.
Also make sure the mounting screw holes and servo tab holes line up so the servo doesn't get twisted.

The servo sits perfectly in its hole, the hole is a bit bigger than the servo and it fits brilliant. I do not know why this is happening i am starting to believe that the servos are not original Hitec, could be?

Thanks
Ramon

Hi, I believe that the hole where the servo fits is not tight to the servo. I am starting to believe that these servos are not original or something....anyone had these problems?

Thanks
Ramon

Check voltage output from receiver at the aileron pins. Compare voltage to the other outputs on receiver. It's almost impossible to have varying voltage from the receiver, but stranger things have happened. Perhaps an increased/spiked voltage to the aileron is causing these failures.

The HS-65 is a very popular servo in those models, further to previous answers, perhaps the following may assist pinpoint what is happening::
