Default 3s on a stock ufly? Anyone?

So, who's doing it and what are your thoughts?
I picked up some great batteries on ebay, eflite 1000mAh 20c. But just like the stock battery, it's a little light. So, I was thinking of the 3S

Mainly for weight and a but more punch when needed.

Your thoughts?

I may be wrong but I dont think a stock Ufly motor and ESC can handle 3s... On the bright side gve it a try and if you let the smoke out then it will give you a reason to put the upgraded 3s motor and ESC in it.

Well, That's the coolest thing I've heard in a while. I like the idea. I did read that someone did try it out on another forum. I need to find a 3s around here somewhere to give it a try now.

Well, I have this idea. I'm really having good success with an e-fly battery that is very light and gives me approx 12mins of flight time. Being as light as it is, I'm thinking if I order a few of these, I may extend my run time by making them a 3s and not have to add any nose weight since they are light.
Here's a link to the battery.

Na, maybe I'll just find me a cheap 3 cell...

Thanks again.//
