Hi all,

So, I had a Axe 100 CP that I beat to death. You may remembered I had it for sale. Well, it wouldn't sell, so I decided to have it repaired. I emailed the HM tech support while I was away to discuss my options. I was simply looking for an opinion on whether I should fix it, or scrap it and get a 100SS. The tech dude told me to send it to them and they'd take a look at it for free! I thought that was great. THEN, I get an email saying they couldn't make it fly to their satisfaction, so they are swapping it out for a 100SS and sending that to me for free, as well, too. So good on them! I wasn't looking to get something for nothing, but they deserve to get some publicity for standing behind a discontinued product.

Great experience for me too! I had the mainboard on my 100 SS go out and called them and they didn't even ask any questions. They just sent me a brand-new one in the mail for free. Great folks.
