Default Building - Flybar measurement

Building up my X50 which came yesterday (!) and I cannot get the flybar to measure out as they say so.
This is the torque tube version. The manual says to have the flybar evenly spaced, and I beleive it is 138.5mm from end of the flybar to the end of the rotor head link (I forget the name of it). Also stating I believe it was 110 mm from end of that link to the flybar paddle when installed.
Mine are NOT that distance, instead I am about 146 mm for the first number, but I can get 110 to the paddles.
Is this an issue? (Shoulg I get more exact numbers when I get home?)

My flybar was off too. See how i proceeded here.

Distance of paddles doesn't matter. It should be same on both sides of the flybar (give or take spin or 2) and flybar shouldn't be heavier on either side (that would cause vibrations i believe).

i always put the flybar in and adjusted it till it was nearly even amount of metal sticking out on both sides then tighted the screws.
