Default Lynx DFC head breaking swash plates?

My Lynx DFC'ed bird has broken three swash plates... all in relatively minor crashes ,mind you... is it coincidence or is there something else going on?

I guess it would make sense because the rigid DFC arms are transferring the brunt of the the force down to the swashplate. Where exactly is it breaking?

That's on of the disadvantages of Dfc, because the control rods are more ridged and the force isn't evenly distributed on the swash it will tend to break other things in a crash unfortunately. What has broken on your swash? And what swash are you using?

1.Microheli swash, pulled swash ball out of upper (rotating)part of swash.. I thought it was a lock tight fail at the time..
2.Same swash, links moved to other set of balls and all balls locktighted... pulled out again.... at this stage I was thinking it was a MH swash fail...
3.Stock swash.. Aileron arm broken clean off.(non rotating)
4.Stock swash.. Elevator arm broken clean off (non rotating)

just wondering about the best path forward...

another stock swash? and try again
another stock swash and ditch the DFC?.. To me its bling only.
lynx swash?.. expensive and wont be happy if I break it.

Honestly if you can live without the Dfc that might be the cheapest way to go, but I don't like the stock swash on these so I don't know. I've got the Lynx swash and love it, but I don't run Dfc so not sure if it'll be any better. I have read somewhere that Lynx uses higher grade aluminum than micro heli and rakon but I haven't seen them in person so I can't comment on that either. This might be a good question to ask over in the Lynx sub thread as Luca is always checking it and might be able give you a Dfc-Lynx swash crash report.
