Default 800 Dampers

Ok I have a buddy (Corvette and Copter guy), just was down at my place flying with me today and my father and I happened to notice two things.
1. The Dampers seem to be really soft? Is this design or should we be looking into something being wrong? While doing piro flips the disc seemed to be flexing an awful lot
2. On the spindle bolts one seems to be a lot closer to the blade than the other. The one bolt almost seems to be touching the blade (but is not). Now everything seemed to be good and tight and no unnecessary movement from side to side. I do not think this is supposed to be this way at all. I do not have very good pictures of this but maybe Corvette guy can get a couple pictures to post about this. Thanks for any tips guys.

Ryan

I took a couple of pics but my camera does not do close-ups well and is to blurry to really see the issue.
