Default 12.54 after full charge... anyone else have this going on???

all my batteries show 12.54 at full charge off my Thunder charger, while the charger is hooked up the Volts match a Fluke DMM perfect.. but when the batteries are unhooked they "settle" at 12.54 Volts

Also the battery charger shows double the amps that the Fluke meter shows..

example 1.8 amps on Charger Meter shws .9-ish is this normal too???

My batteries seem to do great and far as I can tell the charger is doing what any 50 dollar charger would..

input would be great guys

It is impossible to charge a 3s pack to exactly 12.6V without exceeding 12.6V. This is because charging places a load on the pack and thus raises the voltage some. So when you remove the load of charging, then the voltage falls some. How much depends on how the pack was charged. Typically the cells drop from 4.2V each to about 4.18-4.19V.

Better to be just under 4.20v / cell than over! The practical flying difference between 4.17 - 4.21 are negligible. Over 4.21/4.22 and cells are harmed. The trick is having an accurate meter to let you know when you're at ~4.20 and not incorrectly over-charging (meaning meter says 4.20, reality is 4.23).

no issues with my batteries all 6 of them get great flight times and plenty of punch..

just wondering why my charger shows 1.8 amps and the fluke meter shows .92-ish
