Yeah I wish they were on Youtube - Bob could actually make some money. He's got like ten videos on his channel and they are all visual effect jokes. My videos are on Youtube, but they don't show anything in detail because Bob's videos exist and I didn't feel like it...

The ones I've seen posted to YouTube just shows [him] horsing around with the latest toy.

I though that mCP x in one video was going to the grave early.

Just wanted to add my personal thanks for the videos. I'm new to RC Helos and have learned a lot from the few I have watched here and elsewhere.

Thumbs up After all these years

I have been messing around with this hobby for a little over two years. I got mi hands on an older Trex 450 SE V2 and was like WTF? is with this mess of links. So I decided to go at it old Skool. felt kinda cool to go back and view all the Bob Vids and it's funny how much we forget and also how these vids still teach even with all the modern tech stuff and Flybarless has paved the way to making stuff much easier. Not like you have not heard it but thanks Bob for the vids and even thought they are from 2006 you old man they still help this hobby. Lifetime achievement award goes to you dude. Thanks from another old man.

the problem has to be on your end. The audio in the files is fine. Check your control panels.

Right back at ya, Bob

I've gotten the multi-rotor bug a little bit lately though, that's why you might not see me here too much. I'm playing around with drones and auto-piloted stuff - lots of fun!

Default Soooo Awesome

This stuff is such a huge help to a born again noob like me. I started in this hobby around 7-8 years ago, and I was lost. I didn't know anybody that flew helis, nor did I have a clue. I read books and there was a lot of trial and error. I finally got so frustrated, I shelved my T-Rex 450. Now I'm back at it! I have some updating to do, especially my old 72 mhz radio, but with all the video help, I think I can now do it!
Thank you so much for all this incredible work!

Yes Bob they are timeless and will help everyone that aspires to fly RC heli's until they come up with anti gravity RC! Thanks so much for making it easy to understand.

Default pitch guage

Firstly the info posted is fantastic. So very informative.

What I'm trying to find out is the correct way to use a digital pitch gauge. I read that you square it to the frame of the heli first. Once on the blade should it read zero? And should it read zero as you rotate the blades?
I thought I'd give the heli a once over before my 1st flight. Is there a video?

thanks for any info.
