Default Multigov pro w spektrum backplate sensor problem

I run my heli in normal mode w no gov, then I hit the gov switch to idle1(1900rpm) and it almost sounds like the heli losses head speed. Then I hit idle 2 2050rpm and it sounds/stays about the same. This is on a trex 600n with os55 hyper. When I check the sensor test it works good when I turn the engine over slow but the faster I crank the motor over the more off the reading seems to be. Idk if it's doing that because the LCD screen just can't change displays fast enough, if it's normal for it to do this, or if it actually is missing readings. I've changed the mounting of the back plate Sensor to different places on the back plate from the center, to the side. I've tried putting the sensor closer to the back plate, farther from the back plate. Anybody with a multigov pro or spektrum sensor please shed some light on this. It's stressing me out. The os 55hz isn't tuned 100% for power (a litttttle on the rich side) but it runs great&safe on normal. I could lean it out more for power but I wouldn't think that the couple clicks on the rich side shouldn't make it run weird when I hit the gov.

It could be that your throttle curve is N is above the governed speed in idl1, and then in idl2 the governed speed comes up to your throttle cure in N.

Ya but my idle2 head speed is 2100ish. I don't think 75%ish throttle in normal would be higher than 2100rpm. If the sensor was missing the crank shaft I thought that would make the engine work even harder vs slower

Depends on what your throttle curve is compared to the pitch curve. My idle1 curve is 100 80 65 50 65 80 100 I thought my headspeed was probably 1800 -1900. I finally got an optical tach and my actual headspeed was 2050. Needless to say I was running a lot faster than I thought.

I have the same setup as yours... I run my throttle curves exactly as the manual specifies, everything works great!...

I got my throttle curves set as manual states. also I don't think when I'm at about 3/4 throttle in normal mode that my headspeed could be faster than the 2100 rpm that I have my gov programmed to. When u guys do the gov test, and you turn the motor over fast does the LCD screen still display that it's reading the magnets? Even when you spin at high speeds? Thanks
