Default GP780 and DS420...servo get warm

Hi,
I decided to upgrade the gyro stock to GP780 and DS420...
everything goes well but i am facing a problem with the servo and ESC...it's get hot after a few minute from the powering up..

The transmitter is Spektrum DX6i
I have a GP780 gyro configured as follows:
Standard - 1520
Digital Servo
Normal rotation
Limit have been set
Delay - set to small helicopter
All the wire and connector has been set the properly and correct ( i copy it from the Helifreak video instructor ).
The DS420 servo horn is centred at 90 degrees to the servo body.
The gyro set to inhabit on the transmitter ...
The travel adjust for channel 5 set to 40 up to 40 down

I have confirmed that gyro normal/reverse setting is correct and that the Gyro setting on my DX6i is correct in terms of direction.

Please note all characteristics mentioned have been noticed while the heli is still on the ground on a shiny floor (it has not yet left the ground...

I do not know what I have done wrong, can anybody offer any resolution or advice?

Thanks

Sabah
