What is the voltage out at the 3gx sat port

What is the voltage out at gthe 3gx sat port. I measured mine today because I had a lose of control the other day and after I landed I noticed my sat receiver was blinking(spektrum). I checked the voltage out to the servos and got 5.85 volts. About where it should be. Out of the sat port I got 3.31 volts. I thought the sat would go off line below 3.5 volts. Shouldn't the servos and sat port be at the 5.85 volts. I searched everywhere and can't find an answer.

I am flying a 3GX MRS with a DSMX sat remote receiver.

Also, this was with a fresh battery and a used battery , 31% remaining, and got the same figures from both.
