Burned Up SH-0262MG
Hello Folks. Today I got into the mood of tinkering and decided to shorten my tail servo wires, a Savox SH-0262mg. I cut and soldered the leads together. Before you question my skills, I work on electronics in the Coast Guard and have completed the Air Force Advance Solder training down to circuit board level. I matched wires, applied solder, shrink wrapped, hooked the servo up and boom, smoke exited the servo. Opened the servo up and looks like a transistor burned up. I made sure that the Freq on the new servo was set to 200hz and pulse at the 1520. It worked fine before soldering. Power @6v on the stock 450x esc....I put the stock 76t and it works fine... Thought I would see if anyone else had it happen. Thanks.
