Cold Engine Missing

I'm running the carb I got with it WT811 I believe, aluminum isolator & teflon gaskets. Stock engine & ignition. With a fully charged NICAD pack of 2200MA isolated to the stock ignition box only. It seems that when the engine is not quite warmed up to operating temp, That is, start it then hover for about 1 or 2 minutes, the engine misses then runs ok then misses again, it does this a couple of times then it seems once at operating temp it runs smooth.

So I made some blanking plugs for the exh & int & tapped one for a hose fitting, then pressure tested the G20 (5 PSI). The culprit was the inner teflon gasket on the metal isolator I bought from Hanson. I emailed Al about it and am waiting his reply. That gasket is only .031" thick (1/32) and it leaks on the outside of the carb fuel pump port hole. This hole is between the metal isolator mount screws right about half way. There is no way a .031 gasket can provide enough sealing for this port. Has anyone else had this issue? I can't believe I'm the only one. I tried a thicker paper gasket to test & it held pressure. If Hanson doesn't have a thicker teflon gasket does anyone know where I can get one?
