Default Tower Pro Servo Wire Colors

Hi all, just received my new Tower Pro servos (Brown,Orange,Yellow) and was wondering when plugging them into my RX is the Brown wire at the plug the same as the black wire on the Esky servos (Black,Red,White)

Yes, and the wire order is the same.

Brown = Black = Ground
Orange = Red = Positive
Yellow = White = Signal

Tower Pro SG90 = Yellow, orange, brown
Esky servo = white, red, black

I use SG90s for cyclic, and an Esky servo for the tail rotor. In my RX, with the plugs plugged in, these are the colors left to right. Hope this helps some.

No, SG90s work in the same direction as your original Esky servos.

Of course you always have to check with the motor disconnected before attempting to fly. There's always the chance you might have plugged something in the wrong connector.

Oh, and obviously you'll be setting your subtrims again for the new servos, so remember to reset them to zero before you put the servo arms on. Might find a better spline that way.
