Default What servo arms do you use on the stock servos for trex 800 pro DFC

I'm wondering if I use the metal align arms provided in the kit or better to use secraft servo arms just in case of a crash I might save the servos from damage.

I use the stock metal ones but I haven't crashed her yet. I suppose in a bad crash those arms could destroy your servos but I do like the look of them over plastic.

If it concerns you then I would change them just for piece of mind, if it's worrying you then I don't think you will fly as good as you can.

I have 366 flights on my 800 pro (yes I log my flights), never had any issues and never gave them a second thought.

I'm not sure if others agree but, correct me if i'm wrong, there is a lot of force on the servo arms on a 800 size heli, so imo the Aluminium servo arms are more than just 'bling'.

I guess if you crash, yes the plastic arms may help but as you'll probably be aware, if an 800 'goes in', servos will probably be the least of your worries.

I do understand where you're coming from though
