Found one, not a kit but a gently used bird with CC Edge 120hv, AR7200BX and servos for $320. The classifieds is a great place to start. Thanks all.

A very good buy that is!. This is an awesome heli, no doubts about it!

I bought a second hand one for parts and then a bunch of the usual parts required in a crash. I intend flying this for many years to come.
