Default lynx thrusted tail grips and hub and pitch slider is available!

Yap, just ordered my lynx thrusted tail grips with hub and pitch slider!
Also bought a service bag for pitch slider and full service bag with hub bearings and thrust bearings for the grips just in case!
Now we need that tail case LOL! and main grips!!
Oh and also ordered a speed canopy in color scheme 01 as it will fit better over 5s 1800mah 70c thunderpower lipos.

I would buy a set if Lynx's login process would actually work on their website.

I try to log in with my password I know is correct and it won't let me. I reset password and log in again and the "page expired" screen comes up when I hit enter.

Done.

Who else stocks these?

Thinking of getting this package (pitch slider, thrusted tail grip)...my tail is not butter smooth when I just snugly tighten the pitch slider arms.....it can slide with some force but not on its own (have tried with 2nd unit also with the same result)......let us know whats your take on the lynx tail package....

Anyone have some experience with the thrusted tail grips? I bought a mini p and the tail bearings have a bit of notch to them. I could buy stock parts for $18, or spend double that on the Lynx, but at least I'll have thrust bearings, and the option to replace the bearings without replacing the whole assembly.

Biggest benefit IMHO is the pitch slider and lever. I managed to make my own thrusted tail using gaui tail thrust bearings and some spacers made from 3mm brass tube. Much cheaper than the lynx tail hub and grips.

What is your experience of the new slider with comparison to the standard one?
It is worth?

Thanks

You can buy the tail blade grip bearings seperately. 4pcs 3x6x2,5mm:

Thanks

Yes it's worth it. Reduces any play or tightness in the stock plastic part. The pitch lever is also worth it. In my opinion.

I wasn't aware of that. I was having trouble finding bearings separate from the grips

Anyone try the new lynx tail case or motor counter-support ?

Not sure how I feel about the motor support, the bearing doesn't look all that bigger than stock.

It's actually smaller than the stock one, but it's a more readily available size, same size as the tail grip bearings - 3x6x2.5.

That doesn't sound very good...
Already the stock one gets notchy in about 50 flights, this one will be even worse

Maybe you have an alignment issue? I had 3 of the bearings go bad - in 500 flights. I just replaced them with bearings from worn out pinions. Canīt do this with the Lynx part. Either way I donīt understand the reasoning in this "upgrade".

Well maybe it's because I'm running a 2520-1360kv, and the belt pretty tight, but that bearing seems to become notchy very fast, it is much smaller than the motor bearings even though it has similar constraints.
I've only have two go really bad and that was in crashes, maybe I'm just not very comfortable leaving in a bearing that's notchy.

I would get the reasoning behind the upgrade if they put a bigger (and more resistant) bearing.
Also, it prevents the possibility of using the counterbearing with a 4mm warp 360 shaft and pinion.

As it is I don't think i'll get it, I've never been one for bling, the only lynx part I have on my heli is the tail pitch lever and it is very functional.
