I can sell you pinions from Kövi. He was the first one to produce this pinions. I have 20-21-22 and probably a 19T also (i must check for this last one). They are well made from brass with 2 set screws (like the stock ones). Finless and others from helifreak were using them with success.
I'm in France so not so far...

First of all thanks et merci to you, helping me with this problem.

I ordered a 22t pinion at xtuning.de ( thanks for the tip to John Heli ).

They are not cheap, but they don´t have to do a journey around the whole planet ;-)

I will report if it works fine when I get it and if it doesn´t I would like to come back to your offer rotodingo.

I am looking forward to hearing your experience with this hardened steel pinion.

Last weekend I replaced the 24T pinion in my Lepton with a 21T pinion (RevCo from ReadyHeli). The target max headspeed I want is about 2650 RPM. Based on the pinion/RPM calculator I used, it recommends 21T for 4S cells, 94T main gear, 815 KV, and 2600 RPM.

To my surprise, actual max RPM reading was 2800. So I am assuming my Hyperion motor has a slightly higher KV than advertised. I plan to get at 20T pinion next. I just wish it would be a bit easier to remove & tighten the screws that hold the motor.

Cheers,
