I have several FBL heli from different brand. None of them is like that.
I would suggest to find some shim for that or grind the FS like what other said.

I just assembled my DFC head and I've had the same issues with play. I added shims on both sides and now it's tight as a drum. With all the replies, seems to be a common issue, but the use of shims to me is quite normal. I had to shim the DFC main shaft as well to get rid of the vertical slop.
