I'm with you Tom. I've assembled and re-assembled this head now atleast 5 times and everytime it's the same. No idea. Guess it's supposed to be like this??? People on youtube where I posted the video said it's "Supposed to be like that" however comments here say it's not, so I'm just confused and am now paused on my build since assembling the head. Blah.

I have several FBL heli from different brand. None of them is like that.
I would suggest to find some shim for that or grind the FS like what other said.

I just assembled my DFC head and I've had the same issues with play. I added shims on both sides and now it's tight as a drum. With all the replies, seems to be a common issue, but the use of shims to me is quite normal. I had to shim the DFC main shaft as well to get rid of the vertical slop.
