Logo 600 crash help
Well I had just changed my 600 from a mini Vbar to the Neo. I had to pull the tail servo horn off...and forgot to put the screw back in (getting old sux). Damage was more than what I first thought. The biggest thing I missed at the field was the swash. It was all bent up. I remember people using the Quick UK swash. Are they better than the stock one? Anyone stock them in the US?
My damage was: Canopy (will still use it) Spindle (not bent but changing it) ball links (not broke but changing them out) Tail boom braces (just one broke) Tail shaft (not bent but shows wear) Head links (bent big time) Yoke (broke a screw in it) Swash Main shaft Tail shaft bearings (bad before and wore the shaft???) Main blades (have a spare set of Align's I'll use...don't tell anyone.

I think I remember reading that the Quick UK one was discontinued.
Otherwise, I'd go with the new Mikado SX version. I put it on my 600 SE and it's working great.

I got the QuickUK swash for the 600sx directly from quickuk.eu last year. I can't remember how much the total ended up being with shipping and everything.
You should contact them and see if they have any in stock (if you really need one).

The new SX swash is the same as the 690 swash and beafed up a bit from the old 600 swash.

Yes, but beware if you plan on flying it in your MN cold months.
I remember reading about the plastic ball cup popping out in really cold weather last winter. Someone (can't remember who) drilled it and put a set-screw in to keep the cup from falling out. It was a great idea. I never fly in weather below 60 though so it shouldn't affect me.
