Default nano with HH brushless

i have not been to happy with the nano lately,,,a lot of bogging even with brand new eflight 45c batterys..it seems like it's got a high screech gear sound even with a brand new main gear...is it possible the main motor is finally getting tired,,i got it last summer,,not sure how many flights are on it,,i sure don't recall it acting this doggy when i installed it...is it possible to just purchase the motor

Screeching sounds like a bearing crying for oil.

If you have the HH brushless upgrade motor, you can buy it separately from the ESC...

You might want to loose the motor screws then tighten them again to eliminate any chance that they are meshed too tightly

Ah yes, that's right...

Have you checked the pinion gear and main gear closely? might have been an improper mesh that pooched one or the other

What is your servo travel on the pitch channel?

Somewhere in the 65-75 range the bogging should be eliminated

Are u oiling the motor as well?
A noisy bearing is usually a bad bearing beyond being helped with oil.

One thing you can do is take the main gear off and spool up and see if the noise is still there. At least you'll know whether its in the motor or main bearings.

UPDATE!!! after reading about soldering the brushless converter to the board i decided to give it a try....HOLY COW!!!...this isnt even the same nano...headspeed increased a noticeable amount and the bogging is at a minimum ..its like i bought a different motor...the flips are crazy!!...now i have to calm this thing down lol

I had same bogging with mine started within a couple of min of flight on 45c, finally found by checking the pitch at full stick i had 17 degrees +/-. reduced the pitch travel to 83% on DX7s now i have +/-12 degrees. Had no negative impact on the flipping ability but no more bogging and much longer flight times (like +1.30minute after fix). I can hear headspeed is noticably higher. Can still do constant flips without bogging after 5 minutes on miniaviation 220mah 45C now Too much pitch is probably robbing the headspeed, try it.
Also i now run throttle curve slight V 100% 95% 90% 95% 100%.
