Default Lipotech 80A ESC Prog Card - what are the exact steps

Guys, I have several Lipotech 80A ESC's and several motors too, some are installed on Protos 500, some are in the spares inventory. I also have the Prog Card. I tried to find a Youtube video to see how it is being used ( I am visual that way) to set the parameters. Is there anybody out there that can do me a write up of ALL the steps ( assume I do not know anything at all ) from binding to finally unplugging including a list of gotchas and or tips and tricks if there are any? I appreciate it very much.

Nottingham special really.
Just follow the last page:

Keep governor off as it doesn't do much other than making the esc hotter and use throttle above 80%, keeping the esc in a stream of air.
