Hi, i have little problem with belt on Agile 5.5. I have KDS BL 4020-1100KV motor and 21T pulley and i have problem with synchronous belt. When i have pulley on upper side the motor shaft, then belt is down on down side reduction gear. Belt is 2mm lower than reduction gear and this is problem. Do you have the same problem? I cant go higher with pulley, because here is no space. Maybe is the way and this is put the pinion conversely, but i must made a flat surface on motor shaft.
Any idea? Thanks for answer

I put the pinion on upside down on mine. Now it lines up perfectly.

now is belt in perfect position

Absolutely the best way to address this situation.
Always best to engage 100% of the belt.

I milled about 2mm off the top of the pinion and out it on right side up.

I had the same issue, but on mine it was due to the counter gear shaft having a lot of vertical play. I shimmed it with some washers and got the belt riding on the gear much better.

Does anyone know if a motor belt from a Goblin can be used on the Agile 5.5?
