Default Tools?

Where can I get a pitch gauge that fits? Everybody seems to be out! Any other brands that work? How about a good way to level the swash? Just do it by eye?

Any pitch gauge that's not too big will work. I use a Copter-X pitch gauge.

To level the swash, take off and see which way the heli goes, then adjust links accordingly

Just trail and error then? I have an Esky pitch gauge and its to big and assumed that most were the same size.

I would have thought most pitch gauges would be the same size too, the copter-x one works anyway. But you don't really need one for this heli. You can eyeball 0 degrees at mid stick (in idle-up) (BTW if you switch on the TX, switch into idle up mode, then plug in the battery, the blades will not spin up. If you don't want to do that then just unplug the motors) then spin up the blades with the heli in your hand (at a safe distance). Then re-initialise with the motors plugged in, flick the idle up switch and you should be able to tell if there is equal + and - pitch at full + and - collective by the amount the motor bogs down by at each extent of the collective.

The max pitch you can use is then determined by how well the tail holds. For a good description of how to set the heli up you should read what buildem336 says here:
