Default DryFluid Heli vs. DryFluid RC-Car

What is the difference etween the DryFluid Heli and DryFluid RC-Car products? I realize one says 'heli' and one says 'car', but other than that, is there a difference?

When the product was originally introduced all you could get was the one identified as "Gear Lube" and is still sold as being good for helicopter in the description.

It is also the one I received included with my new TDR2. I trust Jan Henseleit to know what he is doing.

Someone might come up with a difference for you but I see the different kind more as a marketing ploy. But I could be wrong.
Maybe car gear do not rotate as fast but why downgrade the product for that?

Great product by the way, it does not attract dirt and is long lasting.

Sorry if I have confused the issue even more for you

I haven't tried anything like this before on my gears but I plan on ordering some. What's the best way to apply it on the main and tail gears?

It comes with a little paint brush, it works fine with it, you just need a little patience.

A little goes a long way and I love it I reapply every 40 or so flights I got a cheap paint brush from the hobby shop with a longer handle on it.
