lcd firmware update question

Hi Guys
Silly question. Finally updated my SK 540 firmware & lcd firmware. will be test flying the next couple of days. Silly question, I notice that lots of parameters in the hand held is no longer showing. Does this mean that
I would have to use a laptop to make changes at the field

+1 to what Georgi said, but also be aware that V4 consolidated a lot of individual tuning features that we used to have access to on V3.

If you are just now updating from a previous V3 firmware, you may notice that certain damping gains, Hiller gains, etc are not accessible anymore and are all rolled into the overall cyclic head gain values for simplicity.

The LCD still has access to all the same tuning parameters the desktop software has when set to advanced mode using V4

thanks guys do u mean that there's an advance mode on the lcd too ?
test flew today n yes so much better. Doliphin behavior gone but do notice
that on inverted flight heli still wants to climb a little. Upright ff track straight. Also in rolls I can't get it to toll axial. everytime when I roll, heli will
exit in nose up be it inverted or upright

Yes, the LCD has an advanced mode to see all the tuning functions just like the desktop software

Start by first making sure you are mechanically sound.
COG dead on when RFT? Is the swash level throughout its full travel range?

What are your current Hiller decay and cyclic head gains set to?
Have you tried one of Omers custom files listed in the sticky up top? There is also his tuning suggestions to go with them up there as well
