Talking Full aluminium head $28. Who's going to "take one for the team"?

Looks like an RKH clone

The one from hobbycool looks exactly like the one from hkrc, but has no logo on it.

More often than not the relationship is non-linear though although this is definately on one end of the scale being sooo cheap relatively.

I didn't see that they are in California.... Has any of the regulars here ordered from them before?

I honestly never knew they exsisted. They are an online shop so walk ins are out of the question. I pass through Elk grove all the time onmy way up to Sacramento, sure would be nice if they allowed a walk in. I may just give them a call first and ask if I can do that if not I'll just place an order. There site says they only ship in within the US. so overseas members are out of the loop.

Looking closer, the head kind of reminds me of an xtreme v1 head as shown in this post:

https://www.helifreak.com/showpost.p...6&postcount=14

From what I recall, the v1 head didn't do so well because there was no way for the screw to force the head to grip the main shaft resulting in vibes/wobbles. For the V2, they removed some aluminum and switched to a jesus bolt design which looks to me like it would work better.

I'm tempted to order the thing just because. Heck, if any 2 of the head components actually work, it's worth it. I'd also like to tear one of the swashplates apart and install one of the boca bearings that I have. I've been hesitant to do this with any of my MH swash's because I couldn't see any good way of doing it short of drilling out the center.

+1! I was looking at the head block as well, I could just drill through it and install my own jesus bolt. I'll keep you all posted on it. Im going to go for one.. like I said $28.00 aint so bad.

Ill see what others say I suppose. Keeping a c05m bird nearly stock, but considering that this costs just as much, the stock parts put together, if not less, might be worth it.

Nevermind, the reviews are not great for that charger.

Perhaps you guys can take a dremel cutoff disk and put a slot in the head and then add a jesus bolt.

Wonder if that swash is any good.

They sell the parts in red also.

I would have went for it, but the head doesn't have the closed end link keepers. Booo.

If someone gets it, you'll have to tell us how good the 'feature' shaft is:

lol now featuring a featuring spindle.

If I had the $28 I just might try it but I can't even buy batteries lol.

Too many bills this month. Lol it's not cheap enough they need to drop the price for me.
