Default 300x rudder expo and dual rate?

I was out flying last night with a mate of mine and we raised the question on the 300x's rudder expo and dual rate he was running 85% dual rate with 35% expo on the rudder, what are you guys running i would be interested to know...

He also had aileron and elevator dual rate at %110 with 25% expo.

90/20 on ail/ele and 100/10 on rudder appears to be the sweet spot for me. I have my other two sets to 85/30 ail/ele, 100/10 rudd, and 100/00 on all for the third set. I spend most of my time on the first set

I'm not so sure Expo on the rudder makes much sense. You really aren't doing any thing sensitive on the rudder like you are with the cyclic. Some may disagree but over time I stopped using Expo on the rudder and noticed no difference either way.

Now, D/R great idea especially when you are learning pirouetting moves. Slowing down the tail is a nice option.

I've found that having expo on the rudder can help prevent unwanted rudder "twitches" with collective inputs, and it makes doing smooth 3D a lot easier if you can move the rudder stick a bit further before getting a high yaw rate.

This assumes, of course, you have a pretty fast piro rate at full stick. If you tone down the piro rate with dual rate or end point, then you won't need as much expo to keep it soft / slow off center.
