While tail blowouts are still possible, they're MUCH harder to achieve than with the mCPX. You can get into the collective a LOT more with the Nano than the m.

First shipments are already on the way. It will ship in September.
It is Sept already, can you give a date yet? Will this have and adjustable features for the ASX3 like the 130X? Will it also have the "dumb" transmitter mode where you can use a non-computer tx like a DX5e? I still am stashing away money for a DX8...

I will have one of these. This will kill some time over winter while I build my first real heli. Warp 360(hopefully)

Its a bnf and a rtf. The rtf is coming with a dx4 so yes you can use a dx4, or a dx5, or higher with it. I posted a link for it and the video shows a rtf with the dx4 and a bnf

Since the RTF ships with the DX4e I'm sure the requirements are the same so doubt a DX5e will do.

As for date you gotta understand they have no idea when the boat from Asia will come in. Due to weather or harbor it could be give or take a week before stuff gets on land.

A dx5e will work. It is what I used on my mcpx while learning. Also says it will work on the HH site.

Too early to really tell... It's considerably lighter and will probably have less power than a stock mCP X main motor. The tail may hold just fine the way it is. Personally, I think if the nCP X has a good tail and it really, truly flies like it does in the video, then HH just killed the mCP X. But, who knows... Maybe they have a BL mCP X in the works or something...

Let me clarify: main motor is new, tail motor & tail rotor are same as mCPX v2. 1/3 less weight on the Nano means the tail has much more holding power.

Wonder what that will do to the sale of the MSRX. Why buy a MSRX when you can have this Nano.

Yet another ultra-micro brushed heli... Why won't you guys just release a brushless mCP X?

Some people just like FP helis, especially for indoor flying, because they feel they are simpler and easier overall.

I wonder if the new motor could be used in the mSRx as a replacement. Also looks like the canopys might be the same.

Well since I have the 130 now that I fly outside looks like I am gonna have to get rid of my double brushless mcpx to fund this little guy lol. I have to have one to fly in my basement over the winter.

So if anyone looking for a hopped up mcpx PM me.

Ahhh great, another Blade forum to follow, soon....

Funny thing too, I just dug out my old msr and got it going for the first time in about a year... Been using it to train my fingers for backwards circuts/funnels over the bed, this nano might be just the ticket for when my msr motors burn out... Inverted orientation practice over the bed, wow, blade might just pull off another game changer...

Pre-ordered.

I am glad they waited to announce this (if that is what they did) until the item was close to ship. Waiting about 6 months for the MiG to be released from announcement was ridiculous. Also release time on the 300X, and the 500 class Blade helicopters.

Provided this heli actually comes out at the end of this month as we are told, then this is exactly how releases should be handled.
