TZ Fan Problem????

I am looking a buying a new Heli, I am down to 2 the TZ or a Trex 600NSP

I realy like the looks of the TZ and I hear they fly like crazy, My porblem is the fan and clutch problems that the TZ seems to have.

Are the new Kits free from this defect or will I have to order the TT fan, clutch, and Pinion???
Also if I order from A-main will I get the latest kit?? Some internet places out there are still selling old un-updated kits, not TZ but mainly with Trex and it realy bad at Grand RC. So far 2 out of 2 trex 250 from there have been the old style.

I just dont want to spend a bunch of money and then have to spend a bunch of time trying to get it to fly as well as I hear they do.

Call A main and ask for Greggor. That would be the quickest way to get your info. Amain are great to deal with so no worries there.
Another heli to check out is the Aeolus 50.

First off let me say a-main is great for help!! but ... if I had it to do over I'd just save up and get a trex600n... I think I would be better off in the long run as far as getting parts locally etc....

Yeah I saw that post with the cost diffrences. I already have a bunch of stuff needed I think all I would need is a motor, muffler, and blades. But now that Thunder tiger is coming out with the new X50 it makes my choices all that much harder

Aeolus 50. looks like a good bird, but I can only find one retailer that sells it and I have never heard of them.

I will keep looking I guess

RRemodels sells the Aeolus http://www.rremodels.com/aeolus50cf-1.aspx they're a great shop to deal with. They also fly this heli so they can help you with setup, etc. Give Bobby a call and he can help you out. BTW they also sell the Frenzy.

the crash cost of a trex is like 70 bucks, ive wrecked my frenzy and the costs are like 35-40 sometimes it only takes the blades like any crash and a new main shaft and a tail boom the parts are real cheap, the parts are not in because of chinese new year they will be back in stock real soon.get the heli you like. i have both the rex and the frenzy, and i want to trade my rex for a frenzy. i dont like the squirleyness of the rex compaired to the frenzy set up at the ludicrus speed settings, with a 440 flybar and nice light carbon paddles or the kbdd paddles with the middle hole. but thats me. imagine a frenzy with a big block 90 in it, i seen one with the kme 60 in it and it rocked, also the js frenzy 90s have a video out and they look sweet.
