Default Need help with motor install

Scorpion 4025-890 is being installed and the holes do not line up in the frame for the motor mount...it seems like a spacer is needed like stated in the manual, so have you guys installed yours? I can flip the pinion support upside down and it goes in fine and the pinion can be adjusted but not sure if thats ok to do?

Raptorzz,

I forgot to mention that you would need that spacer when I posted my setup. I turned the motor support upside down as you mention until I got my motor spacer. I flew it this way for about 4 flights. I think the worse thing that can happen with it this way is to lose the bearing out of the support housing.

Had mine setup with support housing upside down. The bearing did fall out after 6 flights. Guess I will be putting in the spacers! I haven't done anything but hover with the heli but it sure ran smoothly!
