Default Can anyone solve this puzzle?

I have attempted to install two different NAZA-H and now an Icon in my Align 600. All three units were new. I have looked for something they all all have in common, but the computer and transmitter are the only things I can think of, except me of course. I am convinced it isn't me as I am a experienced RCer and I feel qualified for this task, but I'm ignorant on this issue and really need some help. Here is the problem: I can setup receivers, and BECs and accomplish binding . However, when I insert the FBL units into these mockups, none of them have passed a signals to the servos. The servos are receiving power as are the units and receivers. Both installation software and their drivers appear to be loading properly. My transmitter is a JR XP8103. Servos are digital.

The NAZA units have been returned due to DJI not providing any assistance whatsoever, but I'm going to hang with the Ikon until I get it.

I would think one of the first things to ask is if you have the Ikon software opened, and you have chosen the receiver type you are using.
