Total Gain Questions

First, my configuration.

Futaba 12Z xmitter
Futaba SBUS rcvr (6108).
GT5 (version 0)
Switchglo remote glow
Multigov governor

I have the GT5 on SBUS, Switchglo on ch.7, and Multigov on ch.5. When I switch from normal to idle up 1, the total gain percentage changes from 116 to 49. When I switch to idle up 2, it goes back to 116. Can I reassign the sbus channels to get around this? Also, how does the GT5 figure the total gain number? Does channel 7 control the gain in SBUS? Thanks for your help.

Hi,

with current GT5 you cannot reassign channels inside the unit. These are fixed inside the unit. So only thing you can do is to reassign channels in your transmitter's function menu. As you use an 8 channel receiver you could connect and assign the device that is in conflict with the gain channel to channel 8 on the receiver!?

I reassigned gyro in the radio to ch.7. Now I can use a switch to go between 100 and 60. Thanks for you reply.
