Default Sound from innova 600 when spinning head.

Need som advice. I'm rebuilding a innova 600 v2. Replaced pretty much everything, except drivepully for belt. However, strange ticking sound when i turn rotor, if i loosen belt it gets lower. I'm sure everything is mounted correct. Hmm... Since everything is new, maybe needs some runs? Anyone reqognize what i mean?

A ticking sound - not all the time though, it's a pause here and there. Loosen belt damps it a lot.. I just Think that it need to run in. Can't understand whats the sound is..

Ideas? I was hoping it's a "known" Innova thing..

Push the front idler pulleys out toward the sideframes into their brackets, that sound usually indicates that the pins that hold the pullets have ridden forward inside the plastic bracket. The only thing actually holding them in is friction and the belt pushing them outward. In normal operation the belt will keep them in place but when putting the belt and pulley in they can work loose.

Another possibility is that the pin that holds the tail drive pulley isn't fully seated into it's slot which will cause the belt to rub. The belt should be straight from the idlers to the pulley and if it's at an angle then you need to reseat the pin and drive pulley.
