Anybody getting the runaround

I ordered pulse 1550 3s 75c batteries thru their amazon site for 16.79 and free shipping. I received 1550 3s 35c packs, sent email about the mistake they made shipping the 35c packs. They wanted me to pay the return shipping and wait until the 75c packs were in stock(when ever that happens). Is this a normal practice? I offered to exchange the packs for 4s 35c which at that time were in stock, BUT they wanted me to pay full retail 27.99, so it seem they don't want to honor the sale price on the 75c packs. Did I make the mistake, seem they want me to take responsibility for ordering from them.

Did finally receive a prepaid shipping label. Called customer support they are going to exchange the 3s packs for 4s packs, So I'm just out 12.00 bucks. I should have contacted customer support and not attempted to deal with whoever does their amazon stuff. Lesson learned.
