Yup, there is a rep (owner actually I think) around here somewhere, dont remember their username.

They must send all the dud kits over to the US, both my mini P and P500 were perfect.

I just started putting together a kit I picked up unbuilt from a friend, and it has some of these poorly-inserted inserts in the servo frames too. Not sure what I'm going to do about it yet, but they definitely have some QC issues going on.
