Default Turbine F35 With Functioning VTOL.

I have designed this for a client. He plans to make it the first vtol turbine.

How is he going to control roll during VTOL? The real F35 has wing tip nozzles. Is that going to be duplicated somehow?

I think he is going to control it through thrust vectoring, but i am not sure.
