Fantastic, lovely design.... You have access to the CNC equipment yourself?

You should sell these to be honest, the frame looks beautiful.

Great! You use the same motor as I do in my 12s 600. What an awesome powerhouse for a 500 size helicopter

Thank you for your comments!

I do have a small cnc which I used to make it..

I would love to make it to others too but it takes a lot of time for me to cut the frames and I just don't have the time right now. I asked some local companies for quotes but they are asking too much. ( over 250 dollars )

If you really want one, send me PM and I will check if it could be possible.

This frame uses 500E / ELF ( not PRO ) parts like main blocks, 2 motor blocks ( one as vertical stiffener ) and front tail assembly and you also need 2 sets of trex 550 frame mounting blocks ( H55019 ) and 2 sets of 250 feathering shafts for the velcro mounts ( H25015 ) I also used 600pro screw set ( H60216 ) I wanted to use as much stock parts as possible but without compromising the outcome so only things I made are the cf frames and front cyclic servo mounts.

I must say you've inspired me somewhat...

I might look to make my own custom frame for my 600 Pro to address the cyclic servo positioning.

Project for next year maybe.

X7 style servo holders might do it?

Have you considered that whe you double the weight you increase the load per square sm. on the blades, and all in all the load on the main rotor?

Vasil
It doesn't weight double the original.. it weights around 10% more if you compare it to the lightest builds.. and about the same as the heaviest builds.

And for sure I am loading it more and giving hard time to it but it seems to like it

Btw, to all who sent me PM about it, I will try to answer all questions here on this tread soon...
