Default HP05S Nano

Hi guys,

I just finished, and tested this Nano with microheli frame, HP05S/HP02 oversky BL, oversky Mcpx servo reversed, DFC head and carbon blades. Powered by oversky 300mah 45C for 3 to 6 minutes depending on the setting. Flying weight is 45g with 8G lipo.
Everything fit nicely together, CG is OK and the flight is just perfect right out of the cave.

I love it !!!

Cheers.

Hi,

I use a 9T pinion, mainly because I didn' t find 1.5mm 8T...but 9 is fine.
I'll try a video this WE if the sun comes out...
In fact I first try a HP06, which was really a beast, the hp05 is much more suitable : more inertia, very stable and quiet at 80% throttle with no sign of weakness I you hit the stick. I'm 100% pitch travel now.

The hp05 with 9T pinion was a great motor on the mcpx. It must be even better on the nano cpx.... I'm sure you can probably run hyperion 1s 550 lipos on that landing gear as well and still get great results and increased flight times.

Look forward to a video

I do fly 550 extrem and 500 baytech from my mcpx when he's crashed, a bit heavy but good to fly around for a looong time !

Hi guys

Here's a video, in the garden so few space and film by my 12 years old daughter...
But that's not bad. You get the idea.
Lynx 3D-R blades are OK too, and more visibility.
I'm having easily 4mn30 flight time with fresh 300mah 45C lipo. (this one was a little used when I started the video)
I did my best with my skill... not an easy light, and a punchy little thing in a narrow space...

Nano CPX HP05 BL (3 min 49 sec)

I don't know exactly ... Around 350$ with the used nano. I don't really mind as I find it so much cheaper than bigger helis !
I heavily crashed 2 times today with no broken piece. I could fly right after.
So I have just what I dreamed of : good looking nano, crashproof, perfect flight characteristics with power reserve, good flight time.
