700e V1 autorotation gear rubbing
I have a newly built 700e V1 with the upgraded auto-rotation gear ( the slanted version).
The gap between the gear and the pinion bearing support is tiny and it rubs a little. Has anyone else come across this issue? In flight it can only be worse than on the bench. I could dremel away some of the bearing block. Any ideas would be much appreciated. |

This is the new pinion bearing support meant to be used with the new helical auto-gear http://www.aligntrexstore.com/700E-M...1-_p_2034.html
But you would get the same results from just using a dremel on your current one. |
