Help! I can't remove bearing in servo gear

I have a 9650 with the MKS metal gears in them. I need to replace the little plastic insert in the bottom of the large gear but I can't get the bearing out. I've tried heating it with a soldering iron in case it had locktite on it but it still won't budge. I am using one of those little hook tools to try and pry it out becuase I can think of no other way. I know that plastic part can be replaced because the gears came with extras. I've been messing with it for a couple of hours now and am getting really frustrated. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Old thread, but did you ever figure it out? Same boat. And frustrated.

Just install a new bearing.
