Default **Century's new factory virtual tour**

Welcome to Century Helicopter Product's new factory. We have been in the process of building this factory to ensure our customers continue to receive affordable prices and high quality helicopters and related items for years to come. Let's begin.

On the left resides the offices and manufacturing. To the right are the dormitories provided for the employees.

Here we have the break room, various cubicles, meeting room, and various managers' offices. These are on the second level.

Much like any R&D room, this area is messy.

Here is the start of the manufacturing floor. This is one of the plastic injection molding machines.

Lots of tooling for plastic injection molds. These tools are heavy so a crane must be used to move and manuever the tools into place during tool changes.

Molding parts, Been there done that. I hope you pay well. Sitting by those machines all night long is boring. Worked machine were when the mold opened we had to insert metal parts then close it and wait for it to open again. If you had to pee better have good kidneys as if you left the door open to long here comes the boss and you better have a good answer as to why. LOL
Great photos and movies, Im sure this will bring a whole new thought into everyones eyes as to waht is involved in makeing these fun machines.

See that girl cutting the flashings of off the moulded parts - do that day in day out and you can now understand why every now and then the kits come with wrong/badly fitted parts

No dissrespect to the workers but every now and then your going to say ****it - that's good to go

To me the whole place is almost slave labour with the added advantage of the workers can live across the car park in small boxes

Mark I have done that same thing working for Mercury Marine. And yes after a few hundred thousand plastic parts pass thru your hands it does happen.

Talking

that factory is set up very nice if you treat those workers well not only money wise but make them an important part of the process and realize they are what make you the money then you will make an excelent product for years to come and maby if some of your workers fly some of your helis they will understand why it is important to make a good quality part everyone likes to be part of a winning team!

These photos DO NOT impress me one bit.

I recently ordered a Condor, from the supposed to be the new factory.

not only I got MISSING parts? not only I got wrongly machined parts? (Quality check seems to be missing from this "NEW" factory) worse of this all is the fact that customer service is TERRIBLE, I send an email with all these enquires with the subject "URGENT regarding missing/wrong parts" and no replies whatsoever for 3 weeks now.

Where Heli-World.com is their official dealers:
I call them and they say, we need to divert your call to "Antonio" but he's busy.

work on you customer service, this is what matters the most.

they seem to rely on this Antonio guy for everything and he's no help at all he doesn't read the email, he just copies and pasts policies to whatever enquiry sent to him.

I will not recommend Century and will never buy from them again. A friend told me this would happen but I didn't listen. I deserve this.
