Something's really wrong with your set up if your only getting 2000-2100 @ 97% 100% throttle.

What esc and FBL and gov are you using?

Your gov should have at least 15% headroom.

I do believe the actual kv of the new motors is around 480-490kv. I don't know about your gov, but you should be able to get 2500+rpm with a 15t

nothing wrong with my setup

the castle software say that i gonna have 2300-2350 HS

but i had scorpion 5020 before and i know how 2300 RPM should sound like

did some one use fixed endpoint with that motor ?

Not saying your equipment is wrong. More the set up. Like Lincoln said with that motor and pinion you should be over 2500 at 100%

So. Something's wrong with either your end points in the tx. Or low and high throttle calibration or the way you set your gov.

Have you tried it without the gov at 100% throttle?

Default compass motor (KV fault)

Both helis fly on the skookum gov.
1. 520 ultimate. Yge 160 13t pinion idle up 2 @ 2150

2. Compass motor 510kv. Yge 120
14t pinion idle up 2 @ 2150.

Both been tached and confirmed correct.

Heli 1 has been flown without gov @ 100% and gave me 2580 which was mental.

What gov are you using? Maybe your gear ratio is wrong?

I'm using 14T pinion with helical main - V2 SZ motor - run 2000 set rpm Governor mode CC 160a esc
-13 +13 pitch 10 degrees cyclic - 8khz - 18*timing - This setup works for me!
No bogging - 3D is a breeze - nice feel & sounds good.
When the 15T pinion arrives, I will set rpm 2100
