Default What's wrong with Helidirect?

Hi,
Is Helidirect company gone bankrupt? They don't answer to emails.

It was the first time I bought some stuff from HD, although the order seems shipped at order status screen, there is no available information about tracking for shipment.
It is okay that there can be problems and all the things do not go in the way they should go but at least the customer service department could answer to one of my three emails.
My problem is not tracking, it's about lazy customer service anymore.
As I said before, it was the first time, and I think that it will be the last.

Have you checked the spam box bro? I found my tracking info and order status update from them in there. Dont know when did you contact them via email but they dont work on Saturday and Sunday!

Thank you for your message, and I am certainly sorry you were not able to reach us. I can 100% assure you that we place a very high priority on customer service, and we have multiple team members on staff that are dedicated when it comes to all customer service aspects, so please know that this is not an issue of laziness on our part when it comes to responses.

In regards to email responses, we are currently dealing with some ISP issues that we are resolving now - looks like some ISP's are blocking emails we send out, but as noted, this is being rectified.

Helidirect is amazing and has awesome customer support, one of the best I've ever delt with, if there is an issue they will give you the tissue (Austin powers) I am by all means not a rep for them at all but have had some issues that were resolved very quickly and I can absolutely vouch for them! They are one of my go to sites for everything! Patients is key but with them its not needed as like I said they help in anyway possible just a matter of resolve in one way or another!

I've not had a problem at all like this.

In fact, I made an order last night (Saturday), and realized I had ordered the wrong tail blades, so I sent an email this afternoon (Sunday), and received a response, change of order, and partial refund for the substitution all within a few hours.

This was my third order from Helidirect, and definitely won't be the last.

I've ordered most of my heli stuff from HD and never had a problem..excellent customer service, and my packages always arrived on time..
