Default Msh 1300kv motor shaft difference ?

Hi

I just bought a new msh 1300kv motor to replace my old motor.
But when I look at both of the motor i can see a slight difference in the design.
And what surprised me most is that the new motor shaft, at the bottom is slightly inside the motor. Unlike the older motor. at the bottom of the shaft, the shaft it slightly on the outside of the motor.

So the question, is my new motor defect or that is how the new motor looks like ?

I don't have a 6S mini prôtos motor, but on my 3s motor, the shaft correctly put is slightly inside the bottom (and you can't put it in any further or you won't be able to put the c-clip in).

Maybe on the old motors they used a slightly longer shaft ?
Are the shafts any different on the other side ?

thanks for the fast response, well as far as I know they only have one type of long shaft and both seems to be identical. but i do notice that when i compare both motor side by side as perfectly as i can, both motor diameter are the same but the new motor seems to be slightly taller then the old one.
