Default Help me make this less UGLY!

This is the ugliest Heli I have ever built. Just looking for ideas to make it less ugly with keeping the neon yellow. This is my go to heli for slow precise flying practice. It is a cnc effects frame, Bergen flybar head, I2RC tail and tail boom block, stretched out to 700. It flies amazing. I can fly it out a good 2-300 feet doing large scale flight and still see the orientation like it is 100 feet away.

My initial thought is to sand down the canopy and do a 2 tone paint scheme, lower half a neon yellow, upper half maybe a white with some black streaks. Then redo the black window to wrap around to a point matching the angle and point on the back end of canopy (not actually going back that far but at least wrapping up and around a bit t a distinct point).

I am open to all ideas and criticism.

The 2 objectives-

1) Make it a lot less UGLY!
2) Keep it as visible as possible for big air maneuvers.

Or maybe something on the order of this ....

not sure if this will fit but I have it on my 500 and love it.

I would also look at some lower skids maybe the ones that come on the new DFC 600.

Paint it yourself VS. buying a new canopy. White is hard to see in the air. Just change the top color to a red or orange or a bright yellow for visibility, leave the rest alone. My .02

First off take that flybar head off and switch to a fbl head.. and say if you dont like the fbl head you can always switch back.

Thanks for all the input. Went ahead and repainted the canopy myself (first canopy attempt). Not 100% pleased. Will fly this one for now and spend some more time on another canopy to make it exactly how I like.

As far as the flybar, I have 6 flybarless helis and in all honesty I absolutely love the way a flybar heli flys. Smooth as silk. This thing just glides through the air like a ballerina.

Thanks for the heads up on the bearing blocks, but this frame has the blocks built nto it.

Let me know what everyones thoughts are. It will be an ever evolving heli.

I like it! Nice and visible. Nothing wrong either with a well setup flybar.
