Should I come here or my supplier first? My supplier is not able to do much, since he has no spares to give me to get my warp airborne anytime soon, I need a new motor and tail pulley...

I need a tensioner mount. One of the hole is drilled at an angle so the main pulley leans over and rubs the motor pinion. I flipped the mount over so it would lean away from the pinion but the bottom tail pulley now leans and touches the mount slightly. I added an extra shim to raise it but then the pulley would rub the frame. My problem is documented in one of the threads.

Thanks for the great support!

I'm not a rep for Nankin, Compass or any other hobby shops but I do have my Warp 360 flying great. I have subscribed as well and will also offer any help/insight I can. Also feel free to PM me. I get an email with each PM and always have some sort of mobile device around I can use to respond with. I work from home so can usually respond pretty quick.

Good idea, Mike!

If needed, I can chime in, too.

Steve, I've had a discussion with Mike at Nankin regarding your needs, hang tight ... we're on it!

Also Steve, if your trying by email don't bother with experience. They have never responded to my emails but always answer right away when I have called.

Mike and Company,

I have my Warp flying ( first flight on the Sunday after getting in on previous Thursday almost 2 weeks ago!) and had minimal troubles getting it there. I hope spare parts coming soon as my history says I will need them!

The screeching sound on spool up and the quick one on spool down just bugs me! I also think a much reduced noise kicks in around 23-2400 rpm. Can hear it on bench but not out flying, is too subtle. I keep hearing "go fly, something being done". Lay it on us, what's up?

On the iPad again,
JCL

Just thought I should report. I got my kit from Mike at Nankin on the 1st batch and everything went smooth with the build. Head yolk was nice and tight. I even had a seperate bag to replace the links that typically split. Only thing really needed was a ball link reemer. Links were really tight. Got the ball link sizer/reemer from JR and all is silky smooth. Oh yeah, I also had to relocate the holes on the canopy. The stock canopy posts snapped when trying to install the canopy. My motor also makes that screeching noise upon spool up. No issues during flight though.

12 flights so far and I am a happy camper! Just need to keep adjusting my vbar to my liking.

Default Motor shaft sheared off

I think the motor sound might be more serious, mine sheared off at the circlip, and actualy didn't sound as loud as some I've heard.I need a new motor as well as the other parts that where defective.
Still haven't heard from Experience Rc.
